I didn’t have great consistency with my workouts. I was doing random workouts without knowing what muscles they were targeting or why I was doing them.
I also had a lack of knowledge about the correct ratio of macronutrients I should be consuming to achieve my goals.
Regular check ins on nutrition and workouts is a huge motivating factor & reassures me that I’m on the right track.

“When I started my top goals were to tone up, improve fitness and overall feel better about myself and get my confidence back.
Before I started this program I found it hard to find anything that worked as everything I tried before required me to workout 6c a week which isn’t possible with my work schedule.
I tried a very strict low cal low carb diet that I couldn’t keep up and gave up shortly after.
With this program my work outs are short and can be easily fitted in after work 3-4 days a week which is a much easier amount to actually commit to.
Diet wise I don’t really feel like I've given up much at all I never feel hungry because I’ve been provided with loads of low cal high protein options.

How Ruta Looked Her Best On Her Wedding Day

Two of my goals were to add muscle mass while also staying relatively lean.

One of the main reasons I looked for a coach is because I tried managing a gaining phase myself before and I just didn’t have the knowledge behind the nutrition side of things, and wasn’t sure on how much volume I should be lifting.
