“When I started my top goals were to tone up, improve fitness and overall feel better about myself and get my confidence back.
Before I started this program I found it hard to find anything that worked as everything I tried before required me to workout 6c a week which isn’t possible with my work schedule.
I tried a very strict low cal low carb diet that I couldn’t keep up and gave up shortly after.
With this program my work outs are short and can be easily fitted in after work 3-4 days a week which is a much easier amount to actually commit to.
Diet wise I don’t really feel like I've given up much at all I never feel hungry because I’ve been provided with loads of low cal high protein options.

Before starting, I wanted to get leaner and stronger and to prevent injury. Previously, I was constantly going to the gym and not seeing any results. Life's going to be happier. I didnt realise but I had started avoiding events with friends (like hikes or swims) that might require a level of fitness for fear of not being able or embarassing myself.
Even clothes shopping was a pain as I wouldnt find something that would fit that I'd also like.
Anyone thinking of starting, be committed to put in the time and effort! Its not always easy buts its effective!

1) Achievement = Losing weight sustainably. This has helped me to feel better in my body, clothes are fitting well and they look good on me too. Increased my confidence and general impression of myself.
2) Achievement = Mentally, seeing a leaner/toned body helps to keep the motivation going and is great for the mindset.
3) Achievement= Food choices, making smarter food choices has been a win and improving my overall understanding of quantity and the quality of food.
Now I feel better in myself, look better and have a more positive impression of myself. I have also learned that I can achieve a lot once I don’t lose sight of the goals.

“When I started my top goals were to tone up, improve fitness and overall feel better about myself and get my confidence back.
Before I started this program I found it hard to find anything that worked as everything I tried before required me to workout 6c a week which isn’t possible with my work schedule.
I tried a very strict low cal low carb diet that I couldn’t keep up and gave up shortly after.
With this program my work outs are short and can be easily fitted in after work 3-4 days a week which is a much easier amount to actually commit to.
Diet wise I don’t really feel like I've given up much at all I never feel hungry because I’ve been provided with loads of low cal high protein options.
I don’t feel bad about a night out or a meal out because I’ve been shown how to incorporate this into my life so I really don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything.
So far I can feel a huge difference in the way clothes fit which is such an amazing feeling to be able to wear some of the things I have hidden away in the back of the wardrobe because I didn’t feel comfortable in them.
Every week I can see the number on the scale dropping.
The differences in the weekly photos just makes you feel like the hard work I have put in is actually all worth it!
Life is great now - I have so much more energy.
I feel my fitness is improving and I generally just feel so much better with myself.
But the best part is I’ll be able to keep it up long term after the programme is finished because I didn’t think it could be so straight forward.
To anyone thinking of trying this I would say absolutely go for it!
It’s super easy to follow and it’s tailored around my schedule and what works best for me.

"For me my goals was to get into good shape and feel good and to be able to sustain that then long term.
The biggest problem I had was I would be very good at the start of the week and be really strict and by the weekend I'd be eating all around me.
My challenge was not knowing what to do in the gym and not wasting time. I had a plan for each session and was able to best use my time in the gym.
I really liked what I was seeing on Instagram with the posts and thought that I could see myself fitting in a lot of the points to myself.

✅ Hitting 150kgs deadlift. I was delighted to lift that weight. I done it a week early on my goal and for a few reps.
❌ Not feeling like I'm on a diet and yet still losing weight.
🔥 The biggest win for me is how I feel in myself. Feel really good and feel very confident in myself.
Life is very busy with work and everything but I'm really enjoying my journey working with Adrian and the team. I'm really enjoying pushing myself at the gym and competing against myself each week to better my weights or reps.
I would say to anybody to go for it, the only regret that you will have is that you didn't do it sooner."
