I'm a High Performance Online Health Coach.

Even though I might be fit and lean now, in the past I've had the same struggles as you...

Before I started my fitness journey, I was really insecure about myself.

I had a lot of self-doubt and lacked confidence in both personal and professional settings.

I was my own worst enemy - lots of negative self-talk and I self-sabotaged any success I had.

I wasn’t confident wearing my clothes.

I didn’t even want to socialise because I was too self-conscious and cared too much about other people's opinions of me.

I masked my insecurities by drinking alcohol and eating junk.

They were my coping mechanisms at the time.

But binge eating and drinking alcohol just made things worse and increased my anxiety and stress!

It wasn't until I looked at myself in the mirror one day and knew I had to make a change!

And that was when I started my transformation journey!

I joined the gym, got a plan from a coach and I started seeing results almost immediately!

I never knew what it felt like to see more definition in my abs or to have veins on my biceps!

I never knew what it felt like to feel stronger and have much more energy.

I never realised how good it felt to be able to wear clothes my clothes with confidence and not having to be living in a shell covering up!

As my physical strength grew, so did my mental and emotional fortitude.

I always had the belief that “I was different...”

or “This won’t work for me because…”

But these were all limiting beliefs holding me back!

I began to carry myself differently, speak with assurance, and approach challenges without the fear of failure.

The gym taught me discipline and self-respect, qualities that radiated into every aspect of my life.

It made me realise that going on this transformation journey truly does change you from the inside out.

Physically I started to look better but mentally, I felt like a new person!

And that's when the next chapter of my story began!

When I started seeing first-hand the results I could achieve with myself, that was when I knew I had to go all in and help others do the same!

I got my PT certification, invested in courses and mentorships and for 2.5 years I worked as a Primary School Teacher by day and a Personal Trainer at night.

Despite working 16 hour days, I was able to stay in shape and perform to my potential in my two jobs!

However, I knew that if I wanted to become the best coach possible, I had to devote all of my time and attention to it.

And that's when I decided to quit my permanent teaching job, become a Full Time Online Coach and create our
