How much does coaching cost?

The level of coaching and support is tailored depending on your goals, lifestyle, and how much structure you need.

Investment options are discussed on your strategy call after we fully understand your situation and what will give you the best long-term outcome.

Will this be restrictive or involve strict dieting?

No. Most clients have previously tried restrictive approaches that were difficult to maintain.

Our system focuses on structured lifestyle change, improving metabolism, and building sustainable eating habits that work alongside family life, social events, and work commitments.

Is this just for men over 30 or do ye coach women also?

We specialise in helping men over 30. We do however coach a handful of women who are partners or referrals from current clients.

Do I need to go to the gym?

Not necessarily.

Clients can train at home, in a gym, or follow a hybrid approach. Programs are built around your environment, time availability, and preferences.

If you’re training from home we recommend you have at a minimum a set of adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench.

What if I travel frequently for work?

We specialise in coaching professionals who travel regularly.

Your plan adapts to hotel gyms, eating out, time constraints, and changing routines so you can continue progressing anywhere in the world.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone progresses at a different rate. However, many clients notice improvements in energy, routine, and weight within the first month.

More visible changes in body composition typically occur within 8–12 weeks with consistent implementation.

What kind of support will I receive?

This is one-to-one coaching.

Clients receive personalised training programs, flexible nutrition plans, regular progress reviews, direct 1:1 calls and support, and ongoing accountability to stay on track even during busy or stressful periods.

Is there a guarantee?

While results can never be guaranteed, we stand behind the process.

If you follow the agreed plan, remain consistent, and do not see meaningful progress, we continue coaching you on a one-to-one basis at no additional cost until results are achieved.

Is this online or in-person coaching?

This is primarily an online coaching service designed for busy professionals.

However, we do optional in-person training days, events, and transformation shoots are available throughout the year.
