Easter Sunday 2021 is upon us and it’s been almost 13 months since gym doors shut for the first time during this pandemic.
Lockdown has brought upon us many different challenges – a prominent one being a lack of access to workout equipment to be able to train.
Unfortunately, this has resulted in many people not reaching their fitness potentials and looking back on this lockdown with regret because of the misconception that still exists that you need to go to a gym to get results.
In this blog post, I will provide you with proof that by making the “light weights feel heavy,” you can still get enough of a training effect and stimulus to see results. Why?

I first launched both of these programs in July 2020. Since then, I’ve coached a number of professionals on how to look, feel and perform better and have gotten amazing feedback along the way on both of these programs.

“Before starting, my goals were to lose weight and regain some of my confidence back.
